This is the most common method and suitable for a client who wishes to retain interior design services for a specific project. A proportional retainer is required upon acceptance of a letter of agreement outlining the work to be done.
A service designed as a personal connection between the client and the showrooms at the San Francisco Design Center. For a one-time fee the client will have a consultation and up to four (4) hours of guided access time to the closed-to-the-public showrooms. Merchandise selected by the client is billed at designer cost plus 10%. The client is also responsible for sales tax and any shipping and handling charges. An hourly fee will be charged for consultation or technical services on but not limited to:
Painting & wall coverings schedules.
Specifications for specially-built units.
Consultation with craftsmen or architects.
Developing layouts or floor plans.
